This database also helps pharmacists detect possible adverse medication interactions -- an added safety net for our customers. As we develop new operating systems for the businesses within Walgreens Health Services and integrate them with our retail system, we move closer to our goal of a universal patient-treatment record within Walgreens -- a very powerful tool for providing healthcare across the continuum.
